Food Services

It’s a simple fact: children do better in school when their nutritional needs are met. Studies have shown that children who eat a healthy diet are more attentive in class, have fewer attendance and discipline problems, and perform better on tests.

In our state-of-the-art kitchen, Universal Learning Academy’s food service prepares well-balanced meals and snacks, low in sugar and fat, and rich in fruits and vegetables, to help our students succeed in the classroom. Check here often to see what’s on the menu!

Outreach for Summer Food Service Programs

As your educational services partner, we value our continued relationship to help build a stronger community and a better future for all of us.
One critical area that can clearly effect our children’s education is their proper nutrition.
That’s why the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) has created many food service initiatives to help meet these needs.
